- Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi handed over the exhumed remains of political activists at Skhweyiya Community Hall at Mlungisi township , Komani in the Eastern C ape on 11 September 2025.

- Justice and Constitutional Development Minister, Mmamoloko Kubayi, delivered South Africa’s General Statement at the four-day 63rd Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organisation (AALCO) conference in Kampala, Uganda on 8 September 2025.
- Deputy Minister Andries Nel attended two stakeholder engagements hosted by the South African Police Service in Mitchells Plain and Emfuleni respectively. The engagements, which took place on 9 September, form part of a collaborative effort to address the spate of gang related killings in the Western Cape.
- Deputy Minister Andries Nel, accompanied by Western Cape Judge President Nolwazi Mabindla-Boqwana and other senior Justice officials, met with the Acting Minister of Police Professor Firoz Cachalia in Cape Town on 10 November 2025.
- Deputy Minister Andries Nel visited the Athlone Magistrate’s Court, following a shooting incident outside the court’s premises. Mr Nel’s visit took place on 8 September 2025.
