Constitutional Legislation provided for in the Magistrate’s Court
Kindly note that currently the following Constitutional Legislation (i.e. legislation that was enacted as a direct consequence of the constitutional imperative contained in the Constitution to do so) is provided for in the Magistrate’s Courts.

Although also considered Constitutional Legislation the provisions of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act 3 of 2000) (“PAJA”) is, however, not yet available for adjudication in the Magistrate’s Courts.
