Full CVs of NDPP Candidates now available on Department Website

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, which provides secretariat support to the Advisory Panel for the selection of the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) chaired by Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi, is pleased to announce that the full CVs of the identified candidates have been uploaded onto the Department’s website.

The links to the CVs are provided next to the names of the candidates.

To support transparency and public participation, this measure is intended to assist the public in submitting informed comments, and interested persons and institutions are encouraged to share their views on the suitability of the identified NDPP candidates. Submissions may be emailed to NDPPpanel@justice.gov.za by 5 December 2025.

The Advisory Panel met on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, to finalise the screening of nominated candidates for the position of NDPP.
