The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mmamoloko Kubayi, will lead the Maintenance Unclaimed Monies and Maintenance Matters Community Outreach Campaign on Friday, 31 October 2025, at Impopoli Community Hall in Kabokweni, Mpumalanga, starting at 09h00.
The campaign seeks to encourage beneficiaries of unclaimed maintenance funds to come forward and facilitate the payment process, while also raising public awareness about maintenance-related matters.
A dedicated team of Maintenance Investigators and other officials has been established to track and trace maintenance beneficiaries.
This initiative underscores the Department’s commitment to ensuring that beneficiaries, particularly women and children, receive the financial support owed to them without delay.
