Justice Department to host provincial consultation on draft National Action Plan to combat Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerances in Mpumalanga

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development will host a provincial consultation on the draft National Action Plan to Combat Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerances (NAP) in Mpumalanga on Wednesday, 22 June 2016.

The purpose of the NAP is to provide South Africa with a comprehensive policy framework to address Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance at both a private and public level. The Mpumalanga Provincial Consultation forms part of various engagements on the draft NAP that the Department, together with various partners, is hosting countrywide.

The consultation seeks to mobilise and call upon all who live in South Africa to constructively contribute towards the finalisation of the NAP.
