Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Mr John Jeffery, MP will deliver a keynote address on the final day of the national consultative dialogue to discuss the draft National Action Plan to Combat Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance (NAP) on Tuesday, 01 March 2016 in Cape Town.
He will also reflect on some of the inputs made by various stakeholders from civil society, Chapter 9 Institutions, the Judiciary, trade unions and representatives from the United Nations and the European Union.
This consultative dialogue marks the commencement of public consultations to rally members of the society to make constructive inputs towards the development of the final National Action Plan.
The dialogue will be followed by provincial consultations to mobilize all members of the society to contribute constructively towards the shaping of the National Action Plan.
