Minister Masutha to host National Policy Dialogue

The Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Adv Michael Masutha, MP, will host the National Policy Dialogue under the theme: “Enhancing access to justice through the traditional courts reform and court-annexed mediation” at the Birchwood Hotel on 4 December 2015. 

The dialogue, which will be attended by among others traditional leaders, members of the judiciary, mediators and social commentators, will focus on traditional courts reform, lessons from the court-annexed mediation pilot project and the role of paralegals in the administration of justice. 

The national policy dialogue is a build up to the national colloquium on the transformation of the justice system in March 2016.
